I have order a few different items from the guys at Tegral with no issues. They usually give me a call and thank me for my order which I think is an excellent touch. On my last order I received a faulty piece of equipment. Nothing from their end, the product was manufactured wrong. The team did not hesitate to send a replacement out straight away. Amazing customer service from the guys at Tegral, going above and beyond my expectations. Great product range with excellent pricing. I will definitely be ordering from the guys again.
