If I call can I talk to a real person?

Try us out! We are here for you. A real person will answer your call and put you in touch with a product specialist immediately.

Where will my order ship from?

  • All our products listed are normally stocked at our warehouse in Moss Vale.

Can I collect my product in-store and save shipping costs?

  • As we are 1 hour out of Sydney we only offer collect in store to locals.
  • However if you want to collect yourself just give us a ring on 02 4868 1255 and we will happily work out a pick up time and we can show you around our manufacturing facility.

Can I get discounted pricing if I am a reseller?

  • Yes, we would love to hear from you. Special discounts available to resellers. Contact us to find out how we can work together.

Can I get bulk discounts?

  • We are always willing to do our best for our customers. Contact us to get a personalized quote if you are looking for a larger quantity of any product.
