Talk about customer service! Chad was able to fulfil our urgent requirements within minutes and by the end of the phone conversation the order was filled and same day delivery was arranged. Products are great, price point is tip top as well, cannot recommend these guys highly enough!

I have order a few different items from the guys at Tegral with no issues. They usually give me a call and thank me for my order which I think is an excellent touch. On my last order I received a faulty piece of equipment. Nothing from their end, the product was manufactured wrong. The team did not hesitate to send a replacement out straight away. Amazing customer service from the guys at Tegral, going above and beyond my expectations. Great product range with excellent pricing. I will definitely be ordering from the guys again. Well worth the 5 star rating.
