You can either choose to count qtys yourself or to give a copy to each driver to inventory his/her gear in their control. Some quick sums will give you the total quantities of load restraint on your hands.
Once you have data like that, you can make decisions as to whether you are over supplied or under supplied & if so, in what areas and who is responsible for this.
